On our first venture to the mountains(!), you’ll learn how to move efficiently and safely on trail. We’ll cover energy saving techniques, pacing, rest steps, reading the trail, predicting weather, identifying hazards, finding and safely filtering water, sanitation, and nutrition while hiking, with plenty of time to answer any questions that come up as we make our way to the summit.
All adventures include:
- Transportation to/from NYC, with convenient pick-ups in Brooklyn and Manhattan
- Breakfast of fresh fruit and donuts and a selection of coffees and teas
- Lunch and snacks on our adventure
- Note: we offer vegetarian and vegan options and we’re happy to accommodate any dietary and allergy needs
