We’ll start the day with 2-4 miles of gentle, invigorating hiking through some of the finest scenery in Minnewaska State Park. Our yoga practice will be a traditional Vinyasa flow practice with breathing exercises to release the stress of the city. We’ll have time for an optional guided meditation or independent reflection and exploration of our beautiful, wild surroundings.
All adventures include:
Transportation to/from NYC, with convenient pick-ups in Brooklyn and Manhattan
Breakfast of fresh fruit and donuts and a selection of coffees and teas
Lunch and snacks on our adventure
