This magical hike is one of our favorite backcountry gems
Join us for a magical hike along one of our favorite rivers in the Catskills. Our route follows an unmarked trail that meanders next to the river among giant, ancient hemlocks and in and out of meadows filled with wildflowers and ferns. This hike has minimal elevation change with slightly challenging terrain. This is a perfect first bushwhack (off-trail hike). We will stop at a few of the incredible swimming holes found along this route to relax and re-center next to cascading brooks and to reconnect with nature.
