Join us for a guided Spring Equinox Celebration in the ancient forest of Inwood Hill Park

The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance, a turning point when darkness begins to give way to light and the natural world begins to awaken.

On this relaxed and reflective experience, we’ll move slowly through the forest, taking time to reconnect with nature, plant seeds, and mark the seasonal transition from winter to spring.

Most people experience the changing seasons as something that simply happens around them. When we pause to acknowledge these natural cycles, the shift in seasons becomes an opportunity for reflection, renewal, and intention.

Along the way, your guide will introduce the symbolism and traditions surrounding the spring equinox while guiding the group through simple practices designed to help participants reset after winter and step intentionally into the season ahead.

This experience blends gentle hiking, quiet reflection, and nature-based rituals in one of the most unique landscapes in New York City.
