Spring on the Sacandaga River - Adirondack Canoe Camping (5/27-30)
Embark on the perfect early spring canoe camping trip in the Adirondacks with this overnight adventure on the Sacandaga River. We'll launch in a gently moving stream that leads to a series of small lakes and ponds that we'll explore at an easy and relaxing pace over the next four days. This is one of our favorite times of the year to visit the southern Adirondacks, and you'll quickly see why with spring flowers in full bloom, perfect temperatures, sublime stargazing, and great fishing.
No canoe experience necessary.
Most trips will depart at 6:30am near the Barclays Center and 7:00am near Grand Central. You will be notified in advance if departure times and locations differ for your trip.
